We at Steamflow Trading Corporation (herein after referred as "STEAMFLOW")
hope our site www.steamflow.net <http://www.steamflow.net> (hereinafter
referred as "Site") provides useful information and the time spent at our
site is fruitful. At the same time the use is limited and conditional as per
the Agreement as follows:
Users of the Site
The Site acts as a venue for users to exchange news and information, to
order for products, get status of orders or know payment details to
establish an electronic marketplace. There are different types of users of
Site:
Visitors. Anyone who comes to the Site for the first time or who has not
registered with us is a Visitor.
As a Visitor, you are able to view the
content and general information about STEAMFLOW available on the Site.
Customers. In addition to having access to contents like other Visitors,
Customers are allowed to order for products on the Site. To become a
customer, you must register by filling out an on-line application. After
verification and assessing the level of business, you would be advised of
access key, identification number and password. The terms of delivery,
payment and other conditions are to be separately agreed between STEAMFLOW
and the Customer.
Vendors.
In addition to having access to contents like other Visitors,
Vendors who Authorized can get schedules, payment details and bid for RFQs.
To become a Vendor, you must register as a Vendor by filling out an on-line
application. After verification, you would be advised of access key,
identification number and password. The terms of delivery, payment and other
conditions are to be separately agreed between STEAMFLOW and the Vendor.
Copyright and Trademarks
Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in
all material presented on the site (including but not limited to text,
audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this
site are the property of Steamflow Trading Corporation, its parent,
affiliates and associates and are protected under applicable Indian laws.
Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest
extent permitted by law. All other logos such Spirax And Forbes Marshall,
L&T and Audco India Limited, SANT & SBM, BDK Group of Companies and KSB are
registered with themselves and we have only used them for pictorial purpose.
We claim no right on them in any form.
Limited Permission to Copy
You are permitted to print or download extracts from these pages for your
personal non-commercial use only. Any copies of these pages saved to disk or
to any other storage medium may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes
or to print extracts for personal use. You may not (whether directly or
through the use of any software program) create a database in electronic or
structured manual form by regularly or systematically downloading and
storing all or any part of the pages from this site.
No part of the Site may
be reproduced or transmitted to or stored in any other web site, nor may any
of its pages or part thereof be disseminated in any electronic or
non-electronic form, nor included in any public or private electronic
retrieval system or service without prior written permission.
Information Posted on the Site
You acknowledge that we do not endorse and are not responsible for any
information posted on the Forum contained on the Site. You are solely
responsible for information that you post on the Site, including but not
limited to any posting or listing in any public message area, through any
e-mail feature. You acknowledge that your information does not:

unsolicited mass e-mailing techniques. You will not interfere with the
activities of other users of the site.

You agree that you will not use any robot, bot, spider, or other automatic

Site. Your Site Access Kay identification No. and password are confidential
and proprietary and you may not disclose these to or share them with any

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in, shall be construed
pursuant to the laws of India.
